Good luck my friend. I was asking around for that as well a while back. I think it's still too early. Wait a while and when people either get bored with it or feel like they don't need doubles they'll start selling, parting out and/or getting rid of extras.

You may get lucky though.

Nah, just the DX12 shaved down.

I've been asking around for a neutral and open mouth DX02 face plate forever and no one either has them or wants to sell.

Interesting. It seems like an angry mouthpiece. Though, it's been a while since I've looked at any of them.


Though I'm surprised nobody has been making recasts. You'd think for something so small they would have been making a ton of them.

I think your looks more like Bale anyone elses. Then compilation of the custom Medi head and your cut up Bale mouth does it. But others have the same thing I believe but something about yours sets it apart. Can I get a close up pic of the eyes? I want to see Monkeys eye work.

I'd love to see a close up of the eyes too...

Long shot here but does anyone have a spare nameplate from either the DX 02 or DX 12? I have a spare DX 01 stand that I would like to use for my OC Batman, I just need a nameplate. I found one on eBay but I'm curious if any freaks have one...or if there is anyone out there making similar style custom plates....anyone?

There's definitely someone who makes these. I remember something up in the customs section, think he was charging 8 - 15 per piece. Don't quote me on the price though.

They look like normal and very human-like eyes to me, with or without magnifying glass. Painting them black looks meaner perhaps, but not as realistic.

never got the googly eyes thing, in person they look normal sized.
the only thing they don't have is an expression, which in this case would be a squint since that seems to be bales "batman face" for the majority of TDK and all of TDKR

Agreed it does look awesome. Only thing is, the medi gloves need some added detail to them. Regular, they're a little flat but they are a little more in scaled than the HT one that I think a slightly oversized

The thing is you rarely ever find a body with boots let alone with gauntlets and boots. I already have an extra set of gauntlets so I'd only need the body and boots. I'll probably pic them up some point down the road. Thing is though even the boots are expensive. This stiff just gets ridiculous.

Thanks man! The eyes are from a cut up Wayne head. And yes, the Medi's are more in scale. I was thinking about using them on this but I just decided to keep them on the Medix.

Completely took out the PERS system and whittled down the eye area on the Wayne head and popped it in. Cutting the eyes out was harder than I thought it would have been. It was a lot of trial and error to get it just right so it fit in the cowl and looked natural. Both mods are in the customization thread.

I just now realized that things must've gone well for you on the DX12 front from them. I guess I just needed more sleep in regards to my stupid question. Haha

On my own personal DX12 quest, I actually managed to find a local outlet for obtaining him today! I had him put on hold with my friendly neighborhood comic shop-and in two weeks, he shall finally be mine! My Bane needs a sparring partner.
