They used to(Or possibly still) have a lady there called Dawn. Totally inflexible and she always made me fill out several forms, pointing out errors i had made and so i had to do them again.
Even though there were times she would tell me to make a change and then(Three forms down the line), tell me the first change she told me about was wrong...

I was really glad when she was replaced with James, lol.

I had to deal with Dawn quite a bit because I don't like to ship to my home (and) billing address. She wasn't terrible, but definitely inflexible. All the alternate shipping forms were a pain.

I tried the waitlist yesterday, and today i got an email saying that my order should convert to a live order on the 10th. Im gonna try and ask if they could help me out by flexpaying the order, since my wallet is hurting badly this month. SS customer service have been very helpful in the past, i hope they can do me a solid this time.

I doubt it. You have two elements working against you. 1) they don't ever offer flex for waitlist conversions and 2) there was mot even a flex option when it was in stock. Be happy you got one! There are sure to be a handful of conversions this week as cards get declined, and then in 2 or 3 months there should be another slew of conversions after they are comfortable releasing the stock held back for QC issues,

Yeah, you are right. Im just playing this by ear. If I can't pick this up then I'll try again later on down the road, aint gonna let this figure ruin my time with the family.
