I like the way it turned out. I ordered the gantry by itself.

I'll be using it with either my original mark III or my original mark II.

Won't work as well, but it'll still make for a killer display

As much as I want the Mark IV and love the concept of the gantry, just can't pull the trigger on this one (really only interested in IM suited-up... Tony Stark persona doesn't do a lot for me display wise). However, that is some beautiful packaging. Scrolled over it a few times and can imagine it would be a treat to unpack. If I had unlimited funds, I'd get this and Iron Monger, but as things stand, I'll have to wait for one, definitive set. Will see what IM 3 or Avengers 2 comes up with.

Congrats to anyone getting this and with the room to let it breathe in a nice display. I saw someone mention earlier that they were looking forward to photographing it and I can see why. Beautiful set. Really looking forward to all the in-hand pics.

It does look like a lot of fun to unpack and put together.

i think those will just make for an even uniquer display man.so yer...post pics when you do get around too it.

Also,it does look like the backdrop comes with it.If only they had started doing that with all their figures from the start.

Wouldn't be surprised. They def. appear to be getting more into environments and vehicles.

They're still scheduled to release the hall of Armor at some point.

The way things are going, I think HT will probably wait till IM3 to shell out the Hall of Armor.

I think the demand for IM products is so huge it doesn't matter when they release things.

Look at Iron Monger, we got him after IM 2 had already been out for a while and the IM2 figures were announced.

We'll probably get the armored whiplash around the time IM3 figures are announced too.

Sold!! I'll take 2! They should throw in another mkVI with more removable plates, like with the mkIIUA, then engineer the gantry to hold them for a variety of positions.

Is this Mark IV the same as the original Mark IV?

Wasn't this figure available separately at one time?

Like to get my hands on this Mark IV, prices for the orignal are just getting crazy and it seems everyone is unloading.

Yes and Yes - exactly same fig cept I don't think you get the donut or sunglasses but who cares! Mark IV is the best suit IMO.

The packaging has sold me on this. The art on the box is worth displaying. The price is way out of my budget at the moment but hopefully this is in mass production so I can get my hands on it sooner rather than later.
