Anyway, my prediction for the movie is that Superman gets backed by the government and the people dont trust them and they turn to Batman, who represents the public. They fight, realize they should work together, Batman reluctantly of course, and they beat whoever the villian is.

He is. He loves Superman, but Zack's 2 favorite things (as a fan) are Star Wars and Batman. His favorite comic/graphic novel is "The Dark Knight Returns"... a point I was all-too happy to pick on him about while on WATCHMEN (my favorite, by a wide margin).

I am sure the Shannon sculpt will be awesome. HT has really improved on their head sculpts. Look at the Henry Cavil and Russell Crowe sculpts. Absolutely amazing. It was the awesomeness of the HS likeness that pushed me towards Pre-ordering Jor-el.

Don't sweat it brother, I am sure it will be good if not awesome. I just wish we'd see the HS already and get a pre-order up soon!!!!!!

I got this guy today...

I actually got all the DC Collectibles 1/6 statues. I have to say, I think they're all pretty good for the most part. Not HT quality, obviously, but they're still very nice pieces to have in one's collection. Also nice to have Zod in his Kryptonian armor as well as Faora in case HT never gets around to doing them. Still plan on getting on the figures HT does, but these are nice to have in the mean time.

Seeing that kind of makes me wish Zod had looked like that throughout the entire movie. The Space armour is nice, but I like the Kryptonian armour a lot more.

Kryptonian Zod rules and I think he is a delight to own. I really like how his shoulder pauldrons are not only raised but have cut outs in them so you can see his shoulders underneath.

I almost hope HT does not make this one because if they do I am going to have to own him too. And the one is going to cost bad enough.....

As far as others' comments regarding the Shannon head sculpt - I too think it is going to be epic. Especially given the quality of the other sculpts in this lineup. I didn't think it would be possible to surpass the beauty and realism shown by the Loki sculpt.

Zod might just raise the bar that high. He's a beast.

They really don't seem too bad for their price point. For both Zod and Faora, is the likeness in-hand acceptable?

I think it is..... for everyone maybe except Superman. I don't think the Iconic sculpt does him justice. I have seen a few good repaints that looked a lot better... but I just decided to put that money toward the HT version.

Didn't want to wait a year for Zod and Faora though. Now I don't have to.

I want that helmeted head to be black/silver EXCEPT for the lines, which should be clear. Then there's a blue LED [or whatever color] INSIDE the head making the lines look like they did in the film, when it is lit up.

I've been scoping the Faora statue since they came out.
Seriously considering pulling the trigger now.

I like her enough as a character that even if HT made one I'd just get that as well.
