The end of August would be great, although I can easily see this being pushed back to September. I really hope that doesn't happen.

Would I be right in saying the release times between secret base and SS is actually getting longer.

Was hoping to have her by Friday (my birthday), but for that to happen they would have to ship tomorrow to my LCS from Sideshow. :(

Despite the slightly odd looking mouth, this does seem to be one of those rare figures where it looks great in every pose it's in. It's a testament to how good the figure is when the figure makes the pose as opposed to the pose making the figure.

:exactly: and camera shots don't give her credit , in hand you really notice the subtle spots of shininess on her forehead to mimic sweat and pores, as well as her mascara looks more natural and faint and normally I'm opposed to that ugly maroon shad they always put on the females like Widow and CW, but on Rey they glossed the bottom of her lips perfectly so when the natural sunlight hits her face at an angle you can really get the effect that Rey has lipstick on, but it's been worn out over the hours like in the film.

Just subtle things like this is where IMO HT has best captured Rey as a figure above any other product I've seen on her thus far.

Btw, for those who are wondering..don't worry about the hair looking blackish or too dark, it's just my lighting, in person she has that natural subtle reddish brown shade that Daisy sported in the film

She has lipstick on in the film?

IKR :lol, yes she does ..it's probably the most subtle looking shade of violet pink I've seen on a female mainstream SW character ( i.e. Leia, Padme etc ) that rarely shows in the scenes but is noticeable in close up Falcon shots and Finn interactions.

My points

If anything I'd say Daisy's wearing theatrical makeup (in this case, colours meant to give the effect of not wearing makeup at all). Because it wouldn't make sense for Rey as a character to be wearing lipstick.

I'm starting to get the feeling that those of us who ordered from Sideshow aren't going to see this until September.:impatient:
