I read that too, but I know from personal experience that they can still get it much earlier. My Leia Flexpay got pushed back to the end of May, even though she started shipping in April, so I was always hoping that it would ship in August anyway.

My LCS told me that he would be getting her mid august and he deals directly with Hot Toys. I'm not sure how accurate that is going to be but I'm hoping.

Just to join the chorus, my final flex pay is September 15th. If I see she starts shipping ahead of that, I'll just go ahead and submit the final payment so I can get her quicker. Either way, just a few short weeks until she starts getting to us.

Ya that's what I'll do as well. Do we get an email asking if we want to pay it off to get it quicker or we have to do it ourselves?

You have to do it yourself, they wont send an email asking. If you go into the order itself in your Sideshow account, you'll see something that says "pay remaining balance" around where you can modify your flex payment date. I did that with my BvS Superman when I saw it started shipping, I paid the remaining balance around noon Eastern time and got an email that it was already out for shipment a few hours later.

Maybe things have changed, but they asked me if I wanted to pay off early when the DX12 came in stock. This was a couple years ago.

That would be nice. Maybe it depends how many extra they have after the orders are filled out.

I think if they get a full shipment they will email everyone but not if it is a partial shipment.

Phasma came out before Finn in HK. Yet he shipped first from Sideshow. Sometimes there are mysterious forces at work in this hobby.
