There was nothing I could do after I saw this...

I haven't been as impressed with this figure as others have. I put her back in the box after two weeks. The only accessory I took out was the lightsaber. I'm am selling mine. I really wanted to like it more but the scale is off to me. I have Kylo and she's tiny compared to him.

So after mulling it over for quite a bit, I decided not to sell her. I literally sat there about to list it on eBay and I couldn't do it. She is my first Hot Toys that I purchased. And after looking through this thread more, and my own pics of her with Kylo, I just had to keep her. Of course my wife would've preferred the money but she'll get over it. I still wish the scale was better with Kylo but maybe I'll look into modding her to make her taller.

:google Who cares :google. I want to....I HAVE to... talk more about the girl at the top :google

My geek instincts have been trumped and sqaushed by something that feel FAR more URGENT! :google:google:google

Finally got around to repainting my BB-8. I wanted to both brighten up the orange and make the weathering a bit heavier like it appears in most of the movie. Fortunately with all the grooves surrounding the detail it only took a couple hours to mask the whole thing off.

Wow! That turned out great! I'd have ponied up the dough for the BB-8 set if it had looked like that.

Yup! Much better. They probably bought the paint by matching the label or something, then it dried darker??? :huh
