Luke picked a beautiful looking planet to hide out..so picturesque
I love his secret island's name... Ah-choo.
He remembers Yoda's hide and said **** that, I'm going full tropical. He even enlisted the native girls known as the Sisters of the Shared Pineapple.

If there was one thing that was hard to remember was the names of the planets in TFA, other than Jakuu and Starkiller base

A lot of planets weren't even named in the film. I think Jakku and Starkiller might be the only ones mentioned in the movie.
The planet where Luke is is called Ahch-To (from the script, and I imagine it's more like "Ahk-Toe" or "Ahk-Too"
Just call them Tatooine II and Hoth II? And the base was on Yavin II.

Exhaust ports were needed because of the cracked crystal and he created the cross guard saber because of it's classic look but it was more driven by need.
As for Rey I absolutely have no doubts that she'll create her own saber, maybe even a lightsaber staff to call back to what she used on Jakku, and I wouldn't be shocked if it were a color we've never seen on screen like yellow.
That would be awesome.

I thought so I had a feeling that the names of these planets were so irrelevant for some reason which made no sense for a SW film, every SW film , even the PT have emphasized the importance of planet names. How can JJ forget this.
I was curious to know the planet that Han took Rey to, where Leia found them. What was the name of the planet that Starkiller destroyed reminded me of Corusant ( sorry for the spelling )

Anyway I still like the scenery of Luke's hideout and I can't wait to see more of it in Episode VIII
Was the planet where the temple/cantina was on the same planet as the resistance base? They looked very similar.

Takodana was named in the movie by Han, he said something along the lines of "That's Takodana for you," technically Starkiller is the base so the planet it was on wasn't even properly named I believe.
Here's another, do you remember the name of the systems they mentioned, I think one of them had a strange name, sounded like a girl's name.
Boy did Abrams miss the ball on this.
I can't remember any PT film where anyone would ever forget the name of the planets they were on, they made sure the audiences remembered every chance they got. I guess this is a side effect with Lucas not being in charge for this film.
Excellent points. I saw TFA for the second time this afternoon and tried to catch the names of the different planets but had a difficult time doing so, beyond "Jakku"...

I think they said it was the Hosnian system. In the visual dictionary they list Hosnian Prime as one of the planets.
Hosnian Prime was the one the showed the people on before it blew up, right?
