Yes! Glad to have a lightsaber included now! The only question that remains is if it will light up or not. The adjustable sand gear is just icing on an already delicious cake!

It's a non LED lightsaber - doesn't lite up I'm afraid.

Seemed like a no-brainer to me, so I'm glad HT went this route.

I'm honestly not very interested in delving into this line, but. . .hard to pass up Rey with all those bells and whistles, and BB-8, of course.

Unless I'm reading it wrong, in a way that sounds worse than

It would be easier to change her look with a separate head with the wrap and goggles already on, rather than putting the wrap and goggles on the solitary head sculpt.

With this new way you lose a head sculpt that could be used to bash another figure.

I'm with you there, actually. That's my favorite look even though it's brief, and that was how I first was planning to display it. If it was all one piece it would have been more solidly put together, now I imagine it will require a load of futzing to get to look good, and possibly look oversized.

But I do like your idea of just sticking some other sculpt under there to make the swapping easier.

I already wanted this but the inclusion of the lightsaber makes it a done deal. Ordered.

The lightsaber doesn't light up. I wonder if the blue blade will be removable so she can be posed just with the hilt.

That's my concern, plus the loss of a head sculpt.

presumably means pulling the goggles below the knotted section and trapping the face wrap under the goggles.

It's a complete waste of a fully painted sculpt which, even if not used for another bash, could be displayed with the figure or simply put on in place of the wrapped head. In which case you'd then have a wrapped head to display to remind you what she'd look like with it on! :lol

I'd love a light up saber, but if it doesn't then that's okay too. 99.99% of the time I won't have any of the light sabers lit up anyway.

Well ****, guess the one I got will have to be a standalone display piece on the OT shelf, lol.

At least this one will match the figure more. :)

Oooh. That update is making me want this more. I feel her headsculpt looks better in those pictures too even though I assume it's the same.
