I used the $20 off coupon I just got with my Arkham Joker and got it for $199. I have about $50 in SS points, but I'm waiting for the Wonder Woman figures.

You guys are going to love this figure. Worth every damn penny.

This is that rare case where the source material doesn't interest me at all, but the design and sculpt wins me over. I actually barely see a Joker per say, he's more of a Mr. Hyde/Dracula/Creepy monster type character. Very nice work. Glad I didn't see the movie to ruin this (what I saw of the actual portrayal online wasn't good, IMO). Will try to pick this one up.

:exactly: It's such a good looking figure the source material almost doesn't matter. I do still see him as the Joker though, it should look great on any shelf next to Harley or Bats.

I couldn't take to this version of the Joker on screen but I do hope Leto gets another chance. He's clearly a good actor. The script and direction(or lack of) let him down more than anything. He needs more screen time and to actually drive the plot the way Nicholson and Ledger got the chance to do in their respective movies.

I'll say this, Nicholson's Joker was actually funny. Ledger's Joker had a compelling and unique motivation. Both were fun to watch and you waited for them to be onscreen. Leto's Joker, from the scenes I've seen, actually make the Joker unlikeable, unexpected but really you probably shouldn't like the Joker; he is a murderer after all. I'm in the minority in that I dislike Harley Quinn outside of the cartoon (she humanizes the Joker and that just shouldn't happen, IMO), so this particular Joker doesn't fly for me, plus the Honest Trailer video pretty much annihilated any chance of me taking it seriously. But this sculpt, unlike the other two from this Suicide Squad line, just "works." And it works in a vacuum all to itself. I look at Ledger and Nicholson and am reminded of great scenes. I see this sculpt and am just in awe of the realism and unsettling look that really evokes Joker's first appearance and inspiration; and those elements are somewhat removed from the classic 70's design that I associate with the Joker, so it makes this figure really stand out.

I can't believe I'm supporting this design!!!:horror

Oh wtf, they even put veins in his forehead. :lol

He looks outstanding. I wish I had a regular Affleck Batman to display him with.

****ing A they actually did - that's phenomenal. Utterly amazing work on paint. I could see these landing Paint Awards for the 2017 Poppies.

There's veins on the Arkham Asylum version also, honestly this is the same sculpt as that, just painted more white with darker eyes and brighter lips, if you love this sculpt and paint you'd love the Arkham Asylum version also!
