Great point, I agree. It's a definitive improvement over rubber or basic cloth. Hot Toys is really starting to get into a great stride lately with these new developments.

true. I'm hoping to the next Depp figure who was announced same time the Joker 2.0 was which was almost a year ago now too.

It's Hot Toys, the name goes hand-in-hand with dossapointment. bit of advice, don't expect anything from them unless it's Avengers related, batman, predator or terminator, They announce others but don't give 2 about getting many/any figures to fans

Oh, their backlog is quite large actually. Patience, if they say they are working on it, it will come.

You have to remember that not everyone is waiting for XFC figures. There's other collectors waiting for reveals as well.

Look how long it took HT to show MGS figures.

It seems they are only actually making figures from a small pecerntage of their licenses and those look to be characters theyve done at least once before

1. Box Office means ____

To you, perhaps. It means a great deal to companies trying to figure out what the market is for collectables.

2. Film recieved universal praise

Not quite universal, but definately a good deal. But so did The King's Speech. People liking the film does not automatically translate to a love that translates into buying $200 dolls. Since I don't think Hot Toys is a company that likes leaving money on the table, I would think they would front burner these figures if the demand was there.

3. Aside from their modern costumes all character are pretty accurate to young comics counterparts (Beast, Azazel, Magneto Helmet)

Crap - have to collect final exams. Will finish this later.

4. People who aren't interested will see this on facebook for the first time and buy or pass based soley on it's look not it's source material. Interest will spike

Just wait man, if they said they are finishing up the figures then they will. What's complaining about it going to do? It's not going to speed up the process.
