I can't wait for HT's movie Spider-man!

That's the one figure I am really looking forward to, but at the same time can't imagine how HT's could make the suit look movie accurate .

First, i'm not comparing the quality of the pieces. It's OBVIOUS that the HT has better details, texture, etc. and it's really STUPID to compare the quality from 2 pieces with 6 years apart.
I'm talking about LIKENESS, i said that one LOOK like WS, the other NOT, period.
Second, i know there are HT FANS here that close they eyes and accept everything that the company does saing that's perfect...
Sorry, but i work hard for my money and U$140,00 is not cheap, and for that price i demand NOTHING BUT PERFECTION.
Just like wolverine, it's a piece of crap (in terms of LIKENESS)!!! If you insist to see jackman there ok, you're a HT fan i'll not discuss with you, there's no point.
Enterbay Jackbauer is a work of art (crapy body, but screw it), but EB Godfather was a giant crap.
HT Dutch is a piece of art (I have one), like wesker, godfather, etc.
But Wolverine and Blade can't match those...It's a fact!!! Does it mean that they are bad quality figures? NO, they're great but they DON'T LOOK LIKE THE ACTORS THAT PLAYED THEM, and if i wanted a generic fugure i would look anywhere else or make one myself.
If i pay high i DEMAND high.

you don't like people forcing opinions on you, you should return the favour. for example, u think the wolverine likeness is a piece of crap. if there are people who insist on seeing jackman in the wolverine sculpt, that's their prerogative. it doesn't necessarily mean they're ht fanboys who can't see the "truth" for themselves. it's all subjective anyway.

this is a forum as u pointed out, so ALL opinions are valid. unless they're personal attacks, in which case they're not necessary.




for the record, i do see more of snipes in the toybiz version. but that one is pretty far from "accurate" too. simply because it's more of a caricature of snipes rather than a totally faithful likeness. and in caricatures, the distinctive features of a person are exaggerated in order to elicit recognition. the proportions of the toybiz version aren't exactly correct. for example: the head's way too elongated.

Just as I suspected, the price at BBTS has dropped $20, to $179.99. Still not a GREAT price, but better than what it was. I really hope Sideshow carries this figure, I want it bad.
