The bullets are magnetic, and have a good strong bond, but not enough to hold through the vest material and straps. The other magnets are under her skin as well.

Well you can always just place some magnets underneath the vest.
Magnets on the "bullet" and a metal wrapped abdomen would make more sense...The bullets are magnetic, and have a good strong bond, but not enough to hold through the vest material and straps. The other magnets are under her skin as well.
It's not an issue with me or anything I was just curious as to why the vest wasn't on in the pics.

So is the design not a belt with a magnet on it around her waist like the instructions indicate?

I thought since the hit should only go in 1 spot to be accurrate, they were just wrapping a belt around the figure waist with magnets on it rather than build them into the shirt or the body.
