I agree with a-dev. The HT arnie sculpt looks squashed. I have HT Dutch & T-800. I also have the Neca 12" Pescadero which I compared it to and Neca's more accurate on the length of the head vertically.

I'm wondering about the T2 and T1 full BD sculpts though - will the overly short Arnie faces have any impact on how they sculpt the endoskull - will it too end up looking squashed? As it is it won't be 'to scale' with the existing endoskeleton figure's skull.

Well, I feel the current Endo's head is too elongated, if they remake it, shortening the skull is one of the things I hope they fix.

Well, if the sculpt for the T-800 is that different, maybe they decided to put up some official photos and pulled it for that or something. Wonder why they'd pull Barney.

Its painful how close the HT headsculpt is, just short of sheer perfection because of this one problem. If only, if only someone at HT had noticed and pointed it out to Yulli soon enough to make changes.

And the sunglasses are the wrong size and shape in order to fit and not look odd on the more squashed face.

I wonder where the impetus to change it came from, if indeed it is changed. Apart from a few of us here going on about the short-face thing I don't recall there being any other campaign to change it or hearing about any such campaign going on at other sites.

Well I'm sure the changes will be for the better.

Well from the description, I don't think it's anything more than a change of expression. Maybe a fair number spoke out about him looking more like the Tech Noir shot I posted, maybe tne licensor came back with something, maybe the success of the figure got them thinking about other things to release and are doing this for variety. I'm more curious to see what the end result is.

Accurate shades would really and definitively draw attention to his face being squashed. His nose would practically disappear under them.

Actually this makes me worry a bit about the T1 police shootout figure with the gargoyles. If they keep his facial dimensions as they are now then chances are they'll be forced to make the gargoyle sunglasses an innaccurate size and shape too.

I dont know if this been mention before, T-800 got a update sculpt (on display at their store ), He now has a mad/angry/piss expression on his face, looks really awesome.

Sound like it's probably more like this.

No new pictures, OMG saw it at Toy Hunters, but apparently the T-800 and Barney Ross figures have been pulled from display, OMG went to take pictures for us.

Hope it still looks good if not better than the original sculpt. I was happy with the other one but if they can pull off the angry look, it will make for a more awesome looking figure. Cant wait for the new pics.
