No, Sideshow has only sent out processing notices to have money ready for him by January 7th.

He should be hitting their warehouse on January 10th.

I think its just a website glitch. Their stock has been fluctuating on a few of their figures. I would not worry. There should still be plenty of time to order at the pre-order price.
