It is kinda hard. Not as bad as you're picturing though.

If I get a 2nd body and a T2 jacket and some loose boots, what pants do I need? Doesn't he wear the same pants, just changes the jacket and shirt?

The T2 jacket is different. The T1 jacket has no silver zippers and a slight different design.

Both. Depends on whether daylight or night. Most of the movie they appear to be a slight darker grey. Later on they look more khaki. Then again where or when the hell did Reese aquire a blue trench?

He takes it from the police station, one of the cops' coat. It's actually shorter than the green one from earlier, at least it looks it to me.

And some of the better looks at the color of the T-800's pants. As nice as the HT figure is, not sure where they came up with the color for tha pants, especially as it looks like the original MMS02 had the right color.

Yeah I think P. has been trying to tell us the pants are the wrong colour for a while now and we didn't care to hear it. It seems to be the case - and yet what, I think Voorhees27 said, is also true - that his pants later on in the film are a lighter colour more like what HT gave us. Like the scene where he leaves his apartment to go get Sarah's mum. In that part he isn't even wearing the boots, hes got some sort of shoe on instead.

v.........i just modified an ar-15.........not real accurate but close enough. i just cut off the stock, shortened the barrel and added a few bits to the top back & front where the barrel meets the grip.

To my understanding, the jacket used in the pix was from Saturday Toys (Biker fashion set) but not from HT.
