I got mine for $191 shipped through AE, Greg. Being in CA I'd say if you can still score one shipped for anywhere close to under $200 you'd be doing well.

Thank you!

AE is out of stock right now.

It was recommended from a friend to maybe wait a couple weeks to see if better prices surface as more get shipped... but I'm nervous the price will get away from me if I keep waiting. I lost out on Dutch and Pred 1 waiting too long (got Pred finally thru GoHastins).

The MMS02 jacket was hard enough to put on the Billy Sole (old style) muscle body, I find it hard to believe it could fit the new T-800 body without at least making articulation useless. Though perhaps the reason it was so hard to put on Billy's body was due to the friction of the rubber against the innards of the coat - the inner lining kept getting pushed out the sleeve of the jacket - whereas the arms of the new T-800 body are plastic and there might not be the same kind of resistance. But still the size of the coat just seems like it'd be too small, it'd be a real, potentially seam-busting squeeze.

Agreed..

With the old muscle bodies is pretty dificult to put some clothing because the friction of the rubber arm against the fabrics.

Anyways ..I'll try to put my BD jacket on arny's new body myself as soon as the T800 arrives, and if it works, Then I will post some pics.

Wow, I just gave my 'Tech Noir' T-800 the 12 gauge autoloader from the MMS02 figure and turned him into the 'gunshop' T-800 - looks fanfrickentastic!....a little too fantastic actually...stop what you're thinking a-dev, stop it right the ___k now!

The 1984 police officers however had powerful shotguns and pistols. I can't remember exactly but their numbers may have been more than the small SWAT team that went into Cyberdyne.
3 cars arrived with 4 officers in them, using pistols.

a bullet ridden body with damaged arm (the arm is damaged and doesn't function properly, the hand/lower arm is useless until it fixes it)
his "hand repair surgery" doesn't show or mean that the hand is damaged.

this is the surgery.

this is the shot into that place.

hand is fully functional. there were no more shots into that hand.
and no damage in the car crash: he got hit with left shoulder, not right arm.

i think that surgery was only for removing the annoying pieces of Reese's shot: they could get between hydraulics and make the hand work worse someday later.

The Terminator just slammed into a wall at high speeds
and that is the main part: first he got a headshot (very visible), seconds later he smashes around the car window.
he surely goes offline for some time, and when gets back online, just runs without exploring the situation.
or he surely would kill them all there.

Wow.

All I have to say is this,

MEDIUM ON TERMINATOR as he sits at a ratty folding table
under the light.
His eyebrows are singed off.
Hair a charred stubble.
Left eyes glistening with imbedded glass shards.

Before him on the table is an array of SMALL TOOLS.
He removes the charred remains of his jacket and props.
one elbow on the table.

ANGLE PAST HIS NON-FUNCTIONAL RIGHT ARM, F.G., as he exam-
ines it. He picks up an X-ACTO KNIFE and cuts deeply into
the skin of his forearm.
His expression is one of mild concentration.

E.C.U. - FOREARM, as he pulls back a large flap of skin to
reveal a complex trunk of SHEATHED CABLES AND HYDRAULICS.
They slide as he moves his fingers.

RESUME MEDIUM, as Terminator uses a rag to wipe away the
blood. With small screwdrivers he begins to patiently dis-
assemble the damaged mechanism around the 12-guage hit.

CUT TO:

153 INT. DIVISION HQ/INTERROGATION ROOM - NIGHT 153

-The Terminator script

Even in the movie his hydraulics in his hand and arm are visibly damaged. Why else would they show him pulling at it (his fingers moving in sync with it) and tinkering with the tools?

To me the film didn't portray very well that there was actually anything wrong with his arm in that scene other than the flesh wound. I suppose I can buy the idea that a bullet could have been lodged in the pistons of the forearm hindering their movement but the film doesn't show him removing a bullet - just manually manipulating the pistons after they seemed to be working normally anyway....unless he was trying to make a fist when he was moving his fingers, in which case yeah that was unsuccessful.

I thought the whole point of him pulling back that single figure like the HT sculpt was to show that something was stuck or not working properly and he was seeing if it was all set now. Seemed clear that whatever damaged his arm was affecting fuction of it.

Yeah but I can pull back my index finger by itself like that and theres nothing wrong with my forearm so that doesn't seem like a good way to show that his endoskeleton is damaged. Maybe he was actually trying to make a fist and only his index finger and middle finger were working.

Or indeed, as you say, maybe whatever was wrong cleared itself and he didn't actually have to do anything.

Yeah, but if you watch carefully, he pulls it back with a tool, he's not just bending it, which always made me think that the damage disabled that particular finger and after he tweaks at his arm, he wants to make sure everything's fine again.
