Damn, you're good.
The level of ignorance found in a quiggle post is boundless.
How about we set our wayback machine to when those Christian Bale sculpts from the TDK Batman figures were first shown. I know hindsight is 20/20, but man, those sculpts had...character, if you know what I mean.
does Hot Toys do 18" or 24" figures these would look great if they can make them these size in the fugure.
Actually the part I think is more effective and potentially more over-looked is the scene almost directly after that. Sarah is sitting at the table all alone looking hugely vulnerable. She accidentally knocks a bottle off the table. Just as she bends down to pick it up you see the T-800 slowly, menacingly, methodically walking past scanning the crowd, in stark contrast to the dancers having a good time around it. That scene gives me the chills everytime
The shirt pattern changes throughout the film. trust me.
The main thing that bothers me is that Hot Toys have mistaken the word "Modern" for the word "Mode" LOL
^yeah I love that bit. Thats why I wanted a Tech Noir T-800 first. I love the way the disco music goes distant and the Brad Fiedel stuff intensifies.

I'm just not going to get myself worked up over the patterns on the shirt. To me thats like taking issue with Hot Toys for not precisely matching to the film the exact camo patterns of Dutch's trousers and vest. As long as the colours are there in the amounts that they should be I won't worry that one squiggle pattern below his collar is too slanted or should be further down compared to the film.
Yeah this^ is my favourite photo - just like the equivalent photo for the T2 T-800 was also my favourite.
In that picture, the battle damage arm looks like it's holding something in it's fingers... what is that?

You have a point. Hot Toys could take a lesson from Sideshow. Imagine a Tech Noir T-800 with this kind of paint application:I have 20/20 vision and the sculpts never come off as that grainy and detailed in my hands. It's almost like blu ray, I think there's such a thing as being "too detailed". Sometimes less is more.
