I honestly believe Depp can pull off anything... but I want to see Hugo Weaving as the Riddler, lol!

Me too, waiting for the 'improved' Edward for a long time now. Hope they release it again.

All I can say is I got Edward Scissorhands for a cheap price (much less then $100) and that even though he looks nothing like Depp there is still something about this figure that I really like. The suit in my opinion would be hard to improve upon even though it is a few years old and it's enough of the character to be a worthwhile addition if you like the movie.

As a basis of comparison I own Blade and I think he looks nothing like Wesley Snipes especially head on. But it is a fantastic figure and one of my favorites because he still IS Blade.

It's pretty obvious at this point they will do Scissorhands so it would be wise to hold off but if the Depp line hadn't been started he is a cool figure and can still be had for very reasonable below retail prices.

Oh and to add some Sweeney Todd relevenace he is an awesome figure and I like posing him but I'm already starting not to notice him. I guess I should stay more focused with my lines.

I do HATE the face. I cannot see it. The work on the suit is unbelievable, even compared with new figures. They only have to change the face and i'll buy 293821932 of them.

I have no doubt they will remake Edward as part of this Depp line they got going, and I'd imagine other then giving him the proper likeness this time they will actually give him his civilian clothes, with maybe his long white coat and a dog on a chair, and possibly metal like scissors, basically go all out to further justify the remaking of the figure.

I actually used to own the original figure and i agree it was a wonderful piece but the likeness not being there got to me over time and i sold it with hopes for it being remade sometime in the future.

This is a review i done on the figure while i had it.:)

God damn it man. You make me wanna buy it with that review :lol
I always wanted that figure cause of the box, so cute :dance

I believe if they remake the figure they will give us a similar box with a pop-up feature, it was such a clever design idea! it would be stupid not to do it again!

I'd pick up the Scissorhands figure if I could get him on the cheap. All the figure would need is a good custom head and it would be perfect.

Hilarious 1st minute and a good and hilarious review as well .....................,,,!!![[[]]]][][][][][][][][;';';';';';';'....<<>>>><<>>< Not Mine

I don't understood how this figure dropped so much in price. It really is an incredible figure. I'm thinking maybe Hot Toys overproduced him and thought there was more interest than there actually was.

I'm also thinking that's the case. Maybe the movie isn't as popular as I believed it to be, but this figure is easily my favorite of all the 1/6 I now own. If I had gotten into 1/6 collecting for the first time 2 years down the road, this would definitely be one of the figures I'd fork $300+ for.

What are you guys talking about "dropped so much"?

It's been selling for retail, a little above retail, and just a little below retail.

I love this figure. It looks awesome in my collection.
