Hmmmmm interesting. Could this be a case of forced perspective? I would assume a 1/4 scaled IM would be a bit larger than that.

I was looking at photos of the Singapore event and thought this was odd. Are they making a 1:4 scale M1 or something?

Looks like they are both the 1/6th versions... They just have the Mark I standing on top of clear riser that gets lost in the lighted base of the case. If you take a look at the reflection in the back of this pic, you can see the clear square acrylic riser it is propped up on-

I might be wrong, but I think this might be the older version, and not the 2.0.. not sure. But either way, this figure looks stunning. I just hope the 2.0 is up to par, because I saw live photos of the 2.0 and it looks horrible....and I just PO'ed it. I am starting to have doubts, will someone please comfort me

I've got to admit, the 1.0 stands up quite well. I can't get that link to more pictures to work, but I have seen some other pictures of the 2.0 which shows that it seems to have better range of movement than the 1.0. But from an aesthetics point of view, 1.0 is quite excellent.

TOTALLY BLOWN by the pictures, I WILL CANCEL my PO....!!!!!!!!!!!! compared to the version one, the 2.0 is a joke. Its smaller, less paint detailed, have missing parts....and not very appealing to the eyes on bright ambience environment...no thanks.

Sweet, glad I kept my V1.0. Want to order 2.0 but after getting the Gantry with Mark IV and Gordon coming, who knows.

It looks as though the new sculpt belongs in the V1 body and the old one in the V2 lol
Really glad I didn't part with my original, will definitely get the new sculpt though, will go lovely in my V1

In those pics, it does look like one is bigger than the other. What doesn't make sense to me is that if HT just used the same molds for 2.0 as the original version, how is it possible for one to be larger than the other?

The thing I find odd about this picture is that the Mark II has a RDJ reveal helmet, not the Don Cheadle one that actually came with the AU figure...?

Looks like Hot Toys cheaped out again. The Mark 1 v2.0 is smaller than the v1.0?!

Mark 1 v2.0 has missing parts, less detail on certain parts, less paint detail. Haven't got mine yet but it's really disappointing to notice these things. Damn! shouldn't have sold my original Mark 1. Oh well... *sigh*
