I like it, there is a lot to it. Odd part is that is cheaper then the ones with less to them.

No doubt. Considering HT's gouges as much as they can this ones sorta underpriced. I just love it though. Smoking figure.

I think it has to do more with they had the models from v1.0. I don't know if there was a black stand in there or not?

I really couldn't tell you, I got V2, but I also kept my V1. I guess it's just how you're going to feel about it later.

They are pretty close. V2 has the better head sculpt and better paint on the head and the body's tighter. V2 has shinier paint on the armor but V1 probably has better weathering.

Eventhough I never had the helmet open, I knew it was there waiting to remind how crap it is.

I really dig this figure but I kinda wish the weathering and textures were a bit more....rough. But it's consistent with the other figures so I guess if they went and did like, a 3A-style weathering job, it would be awesome but out-of-place with the rest of the line.

edit:
and i still want to see a video of someone showing how to get the arms more perpendicular to the body. I just do not see how you can do it without breaking
the shoulder armor. But I AM kinda dense....there's probably a hinge somewhere around there that I'm just not seeing.

You won't regret it dude. It's been a damn long time (MMS117 was probably the last time) since i'd been this happy with a figure purchase.

I read you already have v2.0 ordered.
After all is said and done, it matters only how it makes you feel.
Hopefully, you made enough from selling your original to completely pay for this newer one.

I disagree. The weathering on the V2 is superior IMO.

Yup, I got the v2 last week and I must say, in hand the weathering on v2 is better if not on par with the v1. Although i had different opinions from looking at earlier pics of it.
