Random question - is anyone here not using the set of clenched fists Nick comes with? Would love to buy them off you if not.

Oh, I'm sorry! How the heck did I forget to specify that? The GLOVED fists.

Well if you need gloved fists, but are willing to slap a different type on, just go to monkey depot or toy anxiety. They sell loads of those. The Fury ones will be expensive to buy and no-one will part theirs out just for the fists.

I know... I've looked there.

People have sold bits and pieces before, so it's always worth asking.

I take really great care of my collectibles, dust/clean them every now and then.

And this happens, I hope I can find a cheap replacement coat for Fury. Now I worry about those with leather especially Loki.

I know what you mean, I just unpacked mine and the right side shoulder of the coat has that same problem. Oh well, he's not a pencil pusher and he gets down and dirty in the field too.

Picked up this bad m*tha*****a off fellow freak bambooluv last week, it was my first time buying off the forum here and I'm happy that it was delivered in such great condition. I always wanted Nick Fury in my collection, but the eBay prices were just ridiculous ($500+) and as great as the Winter Soldier Nick Fury's headsculpt is, it just didn't have the Tesseract accessory.

Anyway, added him in the corner of my display. I still gotta save room for the twins and Vision this year, but my friend said it makes sense for Nick Fury to be hidden in the corner since he's always in the shadows.

I highly recommend upgrading the Avengers Nick Fury with the new Winter Soldier sculpt. It pops right on and instantly improves the figure.

Anyone have some better pics of this figure with the Winter Soldier head sculpt? I've been considering picking this one up with the WS head because I just think the costume and accessories are so much better on this version. Though I do worry he will look really under-scaled compared to the newer Marvel figures.

I will try and get a minute at work today to take a pic of the WS head on the Avengers figure.

Okay. I took some pics of the WS head on the older figure.
Although the WS headsculpt looks a far better likeness, i reckon the more angry head of the avengers figure suits the original figure more. Your opinion may vary of course. But the WS sculpt is a lot more neutral, for sure. They are the same size in hand, so there is no scale issue.

Awesome, thanks Username! I'm digging that look with the WS head, definitely plan on going that route now.

No worries. It wasn't a tough job taking the pics.

That looks nice Username. You wouldn't happen to have an extra WS Nick Fury head would you? I know you got like a million head sculpts laying around lol.

What makes you say that? Lol(Top right of the image below).
I *do* have a spare(Hence the pics above), but i bought it from TA and their prices for new headsculpts from Hot Toys are really high now. The heads were $70 each when i bought them, plus shipping, so i doubt you'd feel like spending $70 plus shipping to buy one from me, lol.
They used to have new heads at the $40 or $50 mark. But now, a recently parted figure has the head going for a minimum of $60, sometimes more depending on how many they got in stock or how rare the figure is.
