I don't see much of Sam Jackson in the sculpt, it's the wrong shape for a start, and the eye colour is wrong. I hope they fix it, because it looks more like Ice Cube as Nick Fury
Now the Madame Tussauds' one is a great likeness.

I think the likeness is good but it just has too many lines/wrinkles and looks perpetually sweaty, it'll turn out good could be lighting.

Why is everyone so sure Hulk will even come at all? look how long it took them to make Avatar & Iron Monger, years after the film!
