But it gives HT the chance to produce a cool bit of alien tech with justification from the movie, given that they almost certainly won't be releasing any of the aliens, and it gives us the chance to recreate that specific 'hero pose' on top of the cop car. Makes sense to me.

That scene was too cheesy :lol

but point taken, maybe we get alien parts from the other avengers as well

something like a build-a-

Chitauri

The movie was good. But lemme be frank about it, Captain America is the only goofy looking creature in the screen when his helmet is on. Believe what you want about that costume--convince yourself that it's not a big deal, that the action sequence will eventually mask it somehow, but for me that helmet/head gear(whatever it is) doesn't work at all. I thought it would have grown on me by the time i watch the film or finished watching it. well, it didn't. I'm so glad "somebody" decided to remove it. It was so uncomfortable watching Cap on screen with that abomination on his head.

May I remind peeps that this is the thread for the Avengers Capt 1/6th Figure.

If you insist on posting something about the actual Avengers film then please use the SPOILER tags!

You can also discuss the film in the film thread that can be found, here:
https://sideshowcollectors.com/forums/showthread.php?t=36415

Again though I would urge people to use the SPOILER tags as not everytone has seen this film yet.
Thanks.

Wow, that really was a spoiler antimatter! Wasn't expecting that in the Captain America thread. Ah well, damage done. Still looking forward to the movie but I'm kinda bummed dude.

I guess the sarcasm was lost. :D
Not at all, that's why I :lol'd. I got you :hi5:

I just added all the other info for the peeps who don't know about it, what it is and to emphasise that it should be used if insisting on posting about the movie in the figure thread.

At least it's not as bad as one of my friends blabbing the ending to Sixth Sense before I saw it. Worst spoiler everrrrrrrr.
