I hope this figure makes it state side for sure before the end of the month. Also really hoping Loki does come out in April instead of another push back.

Nothing from SSC yet here as well... and this is the only HT Marvel one I've got coming that's not on flex. :horror Need to get that heads up.

I have not received anything from Sideshow yet. Has this come out in Asia yet? It thought this would come out there first before here in the states.

Yes, he has. In fact, there are several eBay sellers that have had him now for weeks. Just at scalper prices. I say :pfft: to them!

No shipping notice for me either. :(

Has OMG taken pictures of this yet? I haven't seen any. OOPs, now I see the OMG picture thread. I haven't been keeping up much in this section.

I don't believe these guys with their march 5th. More of us would have received this email. I even asked sideshow and they said they don't know when in march he will arrive.

Well if those of us that recieved them either will be lucky on the 5th or will be waiting like the others. I'm hoping lucky !!'

Still, I talked to two different SSC folks on live chat. They had no idea.

Sadly that does not mean very much as it is. When folks on here were already receiving their HAWKEYE figures from SSC Pre-Orders, I asked (via live-chat) for my order's final Flex to be charged and they told me that they had no stock.

When I pointed out that on SSF (SSC's own official forum pages) the posts that contained the confirmations and included links to said pages, they 'checked' and told me that it 'must have happened by mistake.'

It must have something to do with split shipments and your order number. They know how many they have available to ship out, and the correct amount of order numbers to match accordingly. If you are above that, they 'cannot fulfil you order at the moment' nor can they 'give you any additional information at this time' and 'have no stock'...at least, not for you. SSC say that they run a straight first-come-first-served policy which is what you might expect and about the fairest way to do it as there are no favourites, but what happens in actual action appears to be very different.
