Is that the HT version? Why are the lenses so far inset in the face?

Good God, I hope that's not the most recent pic...that neck!
I'm displaying mine with the Peter sculpt anyway. Already have one Spidey. Hopefully they add a backpack as a nice surprise. Hot Toys like to do it sometimes and I think that this figure is deserving of it because it'd really complete the figure.

Not the most recent photo, as has been pointed out, but out of the Medicom and this one...I still personally prefer this version. I think that it is ever so slightly better all round. Not by a huge amount mind...

Mark OSR posted these today on his Facebook along with the BD DX Terminator and other figures he saw at Toy Hunters, so these are the most recent pictures.
Toy Hunters used to have 2 of them (one posed with the Garfield scuplt) and both looked fine then, I dont believe this is a new prototype much more likely to be poor posing by whoever setup the display

I think its the shape of the body. Garfield had a wider set of shoulders. Even though he wasn't buff his waist and legs were much more slender. I think his hips should be smaller and legs a tad skinnier. That would make his chest shoulders and torso look wider and more accurate.

He does not have a nose, under the mask. His face looks completely flat.
This is immersion breaking, and so I say Fail. Even before I get to the neck, which is gawd-awful in and of itself. But no NOSE? lol.

Yeah, that looks real bad. Looks like something Medicom would make, which is ironic, because their version actually looks way better than this.

Yes, that was an old photo, maybe the first (besides the specs). I have attached some newer ones, and even in the HQ specs it looks much better than that!

The masked head looks much better here but what's up with the pants pulled up to his chest? Shouldn't the red go down further past his waist? There's a really bad Granpa pants look going on in this pic.
Maybe its the length of his torso. He does have a really long torso and maybe the figure just isn't doing it justice in that regard. I'm just taking stabs in the dark here but it seems to me the red from his chest to his crouch should be a bit longer. Giving him that super long and skinny look.
