I don't think these videos are that up to date. I posted a few minutes ago a picture of that exact ASM display, and I've got that pic on my laptop for a few months.

DAFUQ?!

:lol

Yeah. Exactly. The frames for the lenses are supposed to be on the outside and sitting on top of the mask. Not flush with its surface. It may just be these pics but the body doesn't look right to me. He should be a lot wider up top and smaller through the waist and hips. He has very broad shoulders for a skinny kid.

Plus the red on his chest actually travels farther down and dips lower than his hips. You can see the contour of the seam around the hips dips lower and into a v near the front. Making him look longer and skinnier. Looks ok so far but I'm hoping we see some improvements and updated pics.

People only read/see what they want to it seems, I have no fears about this figure whatsoever but don't let that stop the panicking :panic: :slap

It´s just me or the two pics of on of the last post are exactly the same?

Why everyone always want to change at least one thing on every HT releases????

If you look at his crotch there is a red arrow extending the red piece from his chest. Now it doesn't look like he's wearing high waisted blue pants.

I'm just noticing the inaccuracies. Not trying to bash it or say it looks bad just not quite what I'm hoping for. Yet.

In all the pics above that you see the front the red piece goes almost to his junk. Not so on the figure. Someone should fix that before release. If not there will be yet another mod thread for this figure too.

Yes, that was an old photo, maybe the first (besides the specs). I have attached some newer ones, and even in the HQ specs it looks much better than that!

The photos I posted are not old, that's the figure that was in Toy Hunters when Mark OSR on facebook went in there the other day and took pictures. Is it an old figure they are using? I don't know, but that's a recent picture.

Yeah i think they've kept that same old proto in the display since it first went in, the most recent was at ani-com i believe.

Got the game today, enjoying it, it's a plain AA ripoff but thats not a bad thing to ripoff and the webswinging and web rush are superb.

Spent most of playing time just swinging in the city. Love the camera work. It captures the feel and the rush you get from the movie brilliantly. And yeah, so what if it's a rip-off of another brilliant video game. It's still an enjoyable game at the end of the day and that's all that matters.

BTW, is it just me or those pics of the prototype has the head simply put on there and not snapped in?

I didn't like the movie but the game was surprinsgly good. I wish the swinging was more dynamic, he kind of does the same moves too much but I got the black suit and its awesome. I love how it shows damage and all that. Another thing is that you have to start the car chases, I wish they were just going on and you could interfere. You also can't swing from above onto the car but whatever. Still a good game, glad I bought it. It definitely made me a fan of the universe. I remember smythe as a kid, it was cool to see him back. The whole cross-species thing is interesting and spider-man was not as much of a ****** as he was in the movie

I'm loving it too, definately one of the best movie tie-ins in a long time. The webswinging is awesome, i love the sense of vertigo and rush as you approach the ground.

BTW It does look like they didn't push the neckpost in enough, HT are often crappy at posing :lol

Had another watch of the film, i'd so buy a Lizard figure with removable lab coat, HT haven't done any non-human superhero villains as far as i can tell, it'd be new and exciting.
