What country is your server going through? I know when I am at work we go through a German server, so all my websites come up in euros etc. Could be a similar problem you're having?

In that case, I'd suggest contacting them via Live-Chat on their web site. You will be able to have a live instant message with an SSC customer service operator (Kristina or Cathy in my case) and they have been always very polite and helpful. Actually superb in the times I have had to contacted them.

It's better than calling on the phone, though you do need to wait until U.S. business hours to do so. The link is in the top right corner of their homepage. Just sign in and away you go. I am sure that they will be able to sort out your honestly baffling question.
