Oh well, I'm still getting the figure for the suit as it is the USP on this figure. Shame they have ruined the sculpt as it would have made for some interesting bashing with a regular body/hands.

I think the sculpt looks good, not as good as the proto but its decent!

What's up with his neck when he has his mask on? Looks odd.

How anyone can say the headsculpt is ok is beyond me, it bears no resembelance to Andrew Garfield whatsoever.

If you showed that to 100 people without the Spider-man body as a give away, I don't reckon a single one of those people would say Andrew Garfield.

The proto had some few minor errors, but now it's like they redone the whole headsculpt based on a cheap Hasbro toy.

It looks like it's going to be a complete swap-out neck, there must be another in the box...one fully webbed and the other only partially so.

I really wish I'd not put those drawings up here now, if HT have 'adopted' them they look like seriously terrible crap!

I don't know if anyone would recognize RDJ if he hadn't his distinctive beard. :D
I know enough people who say he doesn't look like himself. That beard-gimmik sure helps a lot.

In the Andrew case it seems to depend on the haircut :D

I disagree. There is some................. "resemblence." But compared to other HT figures, I can understand why you're/others are upset. I'm not crazy about it either (from what I've seen) which is why I will be leaving the masked HS on display instead. Again, I'm hoping OMG's pics will be more promising.

What have they done? I can't put my finger on it. Is it the eyes? I think it's the eyes.

Damn, 1st head sculpt is spot on

It's not spot on but it's much much better than the new one. The big hair, the long face, are very close, the new version has less Garfield character, is a more generic human looking head.
:(

Where are these pics coming from?
