Those proportions are hillarious! Especially with normaly scaled actor's head on.
Garfield is a lilbit higher than Maguire, not half-the-head shorter.

Finally! Happy with this figure. Just wish they could have made the eyes more like the Medi and also was the colour around his eyes black? I thought it was blue...

I never liked this costume and still don't, but this is a fine looking figure IMO. As for the scale comparisons, the original Spidey wasn't really accurate to McGuire's body size anyway.

That's what I was thinking but wasn't sure (see my question above). Garfield is around 5'10" so as long as the figure looks around that height in comparison to my other HT figures I'll be happy.

After watching the film a few times iv grown to like this suit so im glad to be able to add it to the collection. I dont do dynamic poses anyway i like my museum poses so the suit will look fine on display.

Regarding the scale difference to Maguire, I have a feeling HT Toby is too big as well. So it's lose, lose really.
Maguire is 5.8, 5.9. HT is a lot taller than that.

Well it's become pretty clear now that the Garfield head is indeed a washout as we suspected when seeing the first lower quality pics.

The masked head is looking good though! I should have him in a few days, looking forward to seeing it in hand next to the Medi and Toby Spidey's.
Not sure what I'm gonna do with these though! Maybe it will look ok with the hood up.
I'm also getting one of Greg's first night out custom sculpts, so I think I will have it covered one way or the other.

Man that street clothes custom would have looked AMAZING with the prototype head.

I actually really like the eyes on this, I know they're not as accurate as the Medi, but for some reason I'm really digging them! Which is probably a good thing since I am inconsolable regarding the head sculpt

Looks pretty damn good to me. And the sculpt is good, if not proto good. But it really comes off lifelike like looking at a real person in a suit.

I actually think the neck thing is a neckpiece and it can be removed... If so, that would be awesome

His body proportions are awful. This would've been an instant cancel if It wasn't for the fact that I used SSC points. I might just sell it for a little less than msrp.

Let me know if interested.
