The costume design, pattern and fabrics are very well chosen.. however that body shape (TT Slim Body) ruins the figure completely IMO :monkey1

In short: Looks like a 12 year old boy stuck in a costume :(

I think it looks great, but i'm not wowed enough to pull the trigger and buy. If I find a deal on it here on the boards i'll buy, but i'm not gonna pay 200 for it. Still, I think it looks like a good quality figure.

@Rory.

The ankles do have a bit of flexibility

He looks slim to me.

I actually think he looks pretty good. Yeah the Garfield sculpt is a little weak but the suit actually looks better than I thought. Price works for me since I POd him with the $25 valentines code. A nice touch would've been an empty Spidey hood for him to hold with the Garfield head on.

So should we expect warehouse notices from SS soon?

Do you think the mask could be carefully peeled away from the "head sculpt"? That would be an expensive way to give him a loose mask.

That or wait for CreggCustoms (sp) to make one.

Yep, comparing those two shots, HT do seem to have it pretty much bang-on. Garfield does have that Ditkoesque quality to him anyway, which suits the character at his genesis.

Now that I have seen more, I am very happy with the product, I cannot wait to get him and my two SM-III together...and I know that some people don't like it, but to call it a $70 figure is seriously stretching things to incredulity?

I really don't see how people think the headsculpt is terrible, i wish i could stick my eyes into somebody elses head to see what they see

like i said in the OMG thread, it really does look like AG, if had this on order i'd be happy

the only thing that bothers me, and this isn't specific to this figure, is the bunching up of the fabric

but that's the nature of a 1/6 figure in spandex, you're gonna see the joints and what-not, kind of unavoidable but that's why i don't buy these sort of figures (spandexy ones... not even a word)
