Well then those are just shady sellers. Not sure why you made this statement about eBay though:

I mean, of course eBay is unaware of a transaction if it takes place outside the site. Why would they have any record of that? They can't be bothered because it has nothing to do with them. When I worked for them, in the Resolution Center, I would get calls almost DAILY from buyers who had a problem and wanted me to fix it, but they didn't make the transaction through the website. It's like...I can't do anything for you. You may have seen the item on the website, but you technically bought and paid for it somewhere else. It's like taking an item that you got from Wal-Mart to Target and complaining about it.

I guess I'm just really confused as to why you seem to be slamming eBay when it comes to transactions that...don't take place on eBay.
