Just got him from SSC. I'm not a huge fan of the this movie costume and the scale is WTF (perhaps they're testing out the Robin body?)...

But I love him. I didn't think I would but he's really great.

Ok I just got my shipping notice from CSC and I haven't been around here in a while. What's the story with the shoulder joints....have they been addressed by HT and fixed or was those broken joints early on just anomalies?

I don't know for sure because I have been reading different things, but most people that have gotten theirs recently don't have any shoulder problems. It only seems to be a problem with the earlier figures.

There is a separate sheet in the instructions saying not to raise his arms past 80 degrees.

I've seen that and yet I've also seen poses with his arms raised above his head...so I'm not sure what to think.

The hinge articulation (sideward movement) of the deltoids can only reach upto 80 degress,
but the swivel (forward/backward) articulation of the arms can do much more than that if you don't have a defective figure.

Sideshow just shipped mine. Should be here next week. Can't wait for this! Just need to decide what I'm gonna do with the Garfeild head sculpt.

The suit stretches so quickly. Had it posed for about an hour and is loose in the knees, elbows, neck, and it has "creases" in the torso. We'll see how well it goes back...
