I'm a middle aged man who collects dolls... uh... I mean, ACTION figures. :D

Surely there are some of us out there who have a few grey hairs!

As am I. 42 (not toys) and counting. And yes, I have a few grey hairs here and there..... and there..... and......

I'll join in on the old man talk. Turned 36 the end of August and I get about 15 grays in particular spots that I have my chic pluck for me. I'll probably be giving up on that soon :lol

I hope that the heights in the group pic are going to actually be like that in hand. They're still not accurate but I'll be happy if Stark is taller than Cap (even though he should still be taller than that). The real bummer is Thor's height. IM should be taller than Cap and Thor should be taller than both.

Getting back to the EX discussion. Why am I not remembering the hologram? Did it appear in the movie?

I turned 47 last monday, have lots of gray coming in. I'm also a woman and have people giving me crap saying this is a guys hobby.
Whatever.

Black widow looks like Nicole Kidman.

Jeremy Renner wishes he was that tall.

Happy B-day! You're lucky...I wish people around me called this a guys hobby. All my friends break my chops for playing with dolls :lol

As far as the heights go, you can't really expect them to get it accurate to each actor. That'll probably be the next evolution of the hobby but right now they are working with pretty standard bodies. Obviously they have to respect Hulk's height. But I think it makes sense to do the same for Stark & Thor. I think Tony should be something like 13.5" and Thor should be around 14"

I love all this talk of being "middle aged"...lol..Im 44, and cannot believe that is considered middle aged (even though I know it is sadly)...I always wondered what the average age group was for most of you on here...

Always remember though...Your only as old as you feel...:)...Gray hairs or no...

Matt

I thought Hemsworth was only 6' 3" which is only 12 and 11/16 inches. With boots and all 6' 5" maybe? That's only 12 and 13/16. No where near 14". Iron man was 6' 5" so he ain't supposed to be much bigger than Thor. I could be wrong but that's what my info says.

No actually you're right. I remembered him being a little bigger than I.M. and a fairly bigger than the rest. Plus the whole "petty and tiny" line. But I just popped in the BR and him and I.M. are about the same height. They'd be perfect at 13". And judging by that pic, Hulk should be about an inch shorter.

Reading comprehension fail.

:lol I decided to let that one slide

It did *not* appear in any part of the movie.
I have watched it beginning to end looking for a little green MKVII Hologram. It didn't happen.
I can only imagine it's an homage to the MKI Hologram and although this is reaching(I have a good imagination), perhaps it points to a re-release of all the MKs of the armours and the SSC exclusive might be a hologram so you can display them all as holograms.
Or maybe it was just from a scene that was cut.

Come on folks, let's not make fun of people where English is not their first language. :(

There are plenty of people on these forums where English is their first language and they clearly do not know the differences between

They're, there and their

It's and its

You're and your

Lose and loose

and write "could/would/should of" instead of "could/would/should have"

It's just a slippery slope we should want to avoid sliding down.
