The HS on this figure is turning out really good. Maybe just a 60% RDJ likeness, but regardless, I kinda want to get one just to bash an Avengers casual Tony with martini glass or whatever. Because the expression is perfect for that.

I think it looks hardly like him at all. I just love the sculpt itself. Looks like a Tony Stark and we finally don't get a depressed angry facial expression for once. Would look great with the Gantry set.

HOWEVER...if you don't mind paying $25 extra for one to place an order instead of being on a waitlist, there's the CMD Store. they are in canada, i've done a ton of business with them and they are reliable and ship of course to the US. they are the ONLY retailer i've found to still have the mark VII for sale. two posts before yours is a link. i looked everywhere last night and this is the only place that still has him available to order.

you can take the chance to get it later to save a few bucks, but this is a very popular mark. you would be definitely taking a chance. good luck in what you decide.

Oh man, that looks great. Such a great bonus to a figure I was already excited about.

And I agree that the new Stark head does not have an amazing resemblance to RDJ, but I actually don't care that much.

It's very obviously Tony Stark and it's refreshing to have a non angry/constipated facial expression on one of these head sculpts.

Anyway, well see how it looks in OMG's pics and once we have it in hand.
