I've not bought any of Hot Toys predators since Classic was released, but all of these in hand photos of Scar and Celtic look amazing! May have to pick them up. This and the alterations made to the upcoming P2 Elder (Although I did still like the mean look of the prototype) give me confidence for the rest of the line, after the rocky start with the P2. I probably won't get him which is painful as he is one of my favourite designs. No doubt there will be remakes of the remakes at some point, not to mention the 1/4 scale figures.

Yeah it's gonna be him being impaled by a Alien. Just messing man. I'm also waiting for him to finish my trio.

All $200 + figures need to come with a nice base. Scar not having a diorama base is some bull.

I like the elaborate bases that come with these figures, but I think every figure that does come with one should also come with a regular stand. As cool as some of these stands are I usually don't have room in my cases for them. I just received Celtic in the mail the other day and I gave his stand to scar, omg scar looks so boss with that stand.

That's true.. The basic stand should be automatic and then the elaborate stand as a bonus. That's how they did the Christopher Reeve Superman figure.

I just want stands that can support the weight of the figure while at the same time not scratch the **** out of it.

I feel more comfortable with the testy-grabber stands.

The waist grabbers, though more sturdy, press so hard against my predators that they scratch the paint off of them. You've got to be real careful with those.

Oh... I see:eek Thanks for the heads up, man:)
To be clear, the black rubbery grippers/pegs at the end of each side of the stand somehow came off and I wasn't aware of it. What was left was the sharp metal edges of the stand, which scraped against one of my figures as I was reposing him. It also nicked part of the netting.

But, yeah, be careful. :lol
