use me as an example. I collect 99% Star Wars 1/4/5 and 1/6. Superman is now the 1%

Love the film itself, or loath it...this will be a sell-out hit. It's Superman, it has a place in the collection of 1:6 collections of most SM fans, but moreso in the collections of the more casual collector, purely because it looks amazing.

Might not sell out if they produce a butt load of them..all depends. We'll see but it is a must have figure

Yeah i don't really care too much for the movie.(Henry was good as supes though) But it's a modern Superman and looks great, will go great next to CR Superman!

Looks like this guy is starting to sell out in some spots.
I think it will be a hit.
What are you guys thoughts on the success of this one?

Is the MMS200 starting to become available in some parts of the world?
I have been waiting for it ever since the movie came,
I would have pulled the trigger on the Play arts kai superman,
but that head sculpt is annoying.
If it makes it before christmas, then it would be awesome.
Most websites the preorder is SOLD OUT.

I picked up a couple of copies of the headplay sculpt.
It's a far cry from the HT one or the Modern Life sculpt.
I still see a bit of Zachary Quinto in there but it's a decent alternative if someone wanted one for a cheap custom. It's only $25 shipped. So not too bad.
I dremelled off the neck and added it onto the figures I have been working on.

Seriously, I picked this up for exactly the same use! Got the shirt, pants and glasses already, the difficulty being in sourcing a jacket the right color. Maybe I'll end dying a grey one!

Those! They're cheap and awesome for Supes. But you have to add the glass part!

Eager to see this! My custom isn't even started and will come after my custom Supes... Which isn't even started yet as Im giving the finishing touches to a custom comics Batman! Hopefully, it will be finished this afternoon. Just have to make a neck peg as those I have are too short and print the logo on the suit, and voilà!

Awesome custom. I didn't even think of making that custom until ya;ll started talking about it Will have to start buying parts. Only thing I'd do is resculpt the hair to be a bit more messy

Of course You just need to look on Ebay to find that we are living in a renaissance of 1/6 collecting, not just with sculpts but with clothing too. My ultimate dream(Fuelled by the fact that Headplay already have a bootleg of the MOS Jor El), is for a bootleg of the HT MOS sculpt very soon.
