Not sure what could be wrong unless the peg receptacle in the boot is broken.

After a few attempts, it seems that the peg is in place in the boots but I don't get any range of motions from it what so ever! I found that there is a crack in leg! could it be the problem?

That's the problem...
You could try a little repair. Run some superglue into the gap, then wrap maybe 40mm of black pvc tape around the joint to hold it tightly closed.
Give it an hour or so to cure before putting the peg back in. If it's the same afterwards, a tiny blob of superglue in the hole will suffice.
Nothing will fix it as good as new except replacing the leg. And the suit needs unsewed and resewed for that. And it's a fairly big job.
 
Received my Man of Steel in but I can't open him just yet. He's going under the tree!

The blue came out a little different, but as you can see, its darker than the stock. :wink1:
