This is another example where pics do not do it any favors. It has actually looked different in many pics, including the ones that I've posted. On the shelf, in indirect lighting, it just captures Cavill the best, for me. Paint apps may not be at Hot Toys' level, but it really is fine enough on display. As I mentioned before, I would love to see one of the repaint masters have a go at this one. It can only bring out more of the actor in the sculpt.

Looks like Cavill to me.
And one thing I know for sure, it spanks the stock JL head. Lol.
It took me less than 30 min to plug in my extra MOS head on my JL figure. I just don?t like the stock JL head. Its also smaller so its pinheaded.
As much as I love the MOS head, I just also feel I?m doing a disservice to the JL figure by using an older sculpt.
And like I said, this kit head also looks like its a shrunken down prime1 head which I really love.
Seeing the videos of it, I?m pretty happy with what I see.
I also bought a jaxon JL head that I repainted but screwed up, literally at the finish line of painting it. Felt like it was a little glossy, and I was almost out of dull coat, so I sprayed what was left into the cap, and used a brush to apply to the face, something I?ve done before...but this time, it peeled the paint.
Lol. I almost cried. Ha ha.
So I?m gonna start from scratch again and paint it next week, and see if I like it better than the Kit head.
For me, they?re are neck and neck.
Either way, I?m excited to get the kit head to use to either the JL or MOS figure.
