Now that I see all of the pictures lined up, I'm wondering if an eyebrow repaint could make the likeness better? The headsculpt seems to have pretty thin eyebrows, and Seb's got some pretty solid ones.

It's definitely not perfect, but I like it. I do see what you mean with the eyebrows being too thin, that probably would help it

Yeah same, he's asking too much for me to justify at the moment Bit of a shame, if it had been more reasonable I would've bought it as soon as it went up

Yup

Most of the criticizing comes from where he just puts up video after video. Some with useful information, but I stopped watching him because there was nothing of substance that I found interesting.

Well, I think that video from Budget Stark is great and I'm thankful he's showing WS and BP in their boxes not even a day after they're out. I remember when BW came out there was nothing for weeks.

And a lot of YouTubers are making money by you clicking on their videos and for a lot of them that is their sole income or a huge part of it. Nothing wrong with that.

Genuinely gobsmacked that people seem to be saying that WS headsculpt is a better likeness than CW Bucky? Whut? Not what I'm seeing, at all.

Yeah I'll end up ordering from Popcultcha or still from timcent, but when the price goes down significantly.

As much as I wanna get him right now, I'll be patient and wait for my local retailer to get Buck in. I already prepaid him months ago so it's not like I had any other choice. But it's fine. I can wait.

Awesome pics, thanks for sharing. Loving this guy, my final payment got pushed to February though. I may try to pay him off early if Sideshow gets him in before my last payment is due.

I think Budget Starks videos are fantastic. He gets you pumped up when he shows us early previews . And I don't know anyone else who's taking the time out to do so . Thank you Anthony !

i like the WS version better as far as likeness. he doesnt look like sebastian to me in this one

I see what folks are saying since staring at pics for a while and playing around w. an image program. The original WS maybe captures some of Seb's features better, tho IMO it's tough because the way any facial feature changes, second to second. And Sebastian Stan I think is difficult e.g. like the directors more or less say, he's capable of a lot of subtle stuff just using his face. So it's hard "freezing" a single expression for a 3-D portrait - sometimes I think Seb's almost able to look like two different people (hope that makes sense) but is still "Bucky". Then there's scaling a human face to 1/6.

But IMO the latest WS - re the latest pics, looks like there are differences in the paint job too - maybe not unexpected - haven't been collecting long enough to know - but I thought HT was very picky about consistency. And besides, w. the wait on CW Bucky, what was HT doing all this time???

Yes totally agree here It seems like he has a tricky face for Hot Toys, even just watching the movie, he looks so different in some scenes. With regards to the first figure looking more like him, I still think the masked sculpt is the best likeness, mostly because I see the bottom half as the problem area with all the sculpts so far
