They told me they don't provide pack out services for diecast figures (my Mk45 for example) because they're too big, even though they have provided a pack out in the past (AoU WM). Pretty frustrating because I like my art boxes pristine.

thats odd. yes i remember past diecast figs were packed out too. is it confirmed that diecast are not longer packed out?

My only confirmation is that I checked to make sure my Mk45 would be packed out prior to shipping like my AoU WM was. At that point they said "no, we don't provide a pack out for bigger boxes." And my Mk45, indeed, did not arrive packed out.

According to your screen grab they said they do know and that is was too large to do a packout.

That's my line of thinking. We're PAYING for the pack out. It's not like it's a service that they provide for free.
