I've said it before, but comparing the Hot Toys I prefer the 46 to the 45, and possibly over the 43 too. When comparing the movie colourations I prefer the 45 to the 46.

I absolutely love the industrial design of the 43 but figure-wise, the 46 all day. It's an absolute gem.

The Heartbreaker actually looks really bad ***.

Thanks SkyGuy and Coco! I think you’ll like him Coco. Really cool figure. Just be careful with the swappable armor parts as they’re kinda spooky to take on and off.

Are there any third party stands designed for this or other diecast figures? Although I like the diorama bases, their size an inconsistency can create problems for displaying figures side by side--and I'm not quite brave enough to leave a figure unsupported. It would be nice to have a more uniform alternative.

Haha thank you Starfleet! [emoji120]

Saintv1, I agree that the diorama base takes up a lot of room and is inconsistent with the other Marvel bases they’ve been doing. I wish they included a regular base like the one that comes with War Machine. But maybe give it a waist-grabber instead of the crotch-stand.

What I like about the 46 is that it not only looks streamlined, but it also (to me) has that paneled, 'robotic' look I prefer while also reminding me of classic, comic book armors. So awesome.

I haven't seen this figure in hand yet as it was in my PoL @ BBTS and now it's coming :rotfl

Great stuff as always Coco; are you able to drill a hole for the metal rod that came with the MK 46, I have to keep with the black-round base theme?

Quality photos Coco! Looks great! I agree that they nailed the Tony sculpt. Likeness is spot on. Very nice custom bases by the way!

I was able to tinker with the HT flight pole today and I think I've almost cracked the code. Lol! If not, then have you considered the flight pole I'm using for mine?

Thanks! They get better and better with each release. I'm tempted to get that Stark knock off set just so I can have the sculpt on display all the time.

I do believe you are onto something!
I think the 46 is absolutely a stud.

Beautiful figure. HT really knocked it outa the park on the Stark sculpt.

Nice pics, love your stands. One day I will buy some from you... :)

Never realized how big the MK46 is compared to the other figs. He looks a bit ridiculously out of scale there with the CW Cap. The Iron Man DC figures are literally in their own scale now.. I don't like that. I was originally gonna get this as my 1st DC Iron Man figure, but too many SW figures coming out I want more, especially since this would look ridiculous with my other 7 Iron Man figures due to it's increased size. :(

It looks like the legs and waist are extended so it can be shorter than it is in those pictures. My cap is put away for the moment but i thought they were about the right size next to each other.

Yeah, I can see that in the pic too that the legs are extended. Forgot the waist can extend too. But even not extended it still looks like the MK46 would be a bit taller than Cap.

I Have the AOU Cap and he's perfectly scaled with the MK7. I have seen pics of the MK46 next to the MK7 and it is taller than the MK7.
