Many followers of Hot Toys Facebook always seem to be about 2 steps behind us Sideshow Freaks.. .. Every time a new figure related to MCU, especially Iron Man gets announced which we already knew about long in advance due our community and things like Toy Soul, they bleat and moan all the usual Iron Man beating a horse garbage..

The Cap promo (same with this specific SW) may only be availble in limited places. This is what I was trying to explain before...

If you want a civil war Cap you can get one. There just happens to be a "special" edition version that will be harder to get (exclusive). The exact same thing will happen with the Aou new avenger costume Scarlet Witch. There will be a specially pack version (movie promo) and a standard that everyone can get.

Look at what they did with the mk6. Same type of situation. Or the choocolate figures. The base figure will get a wide release and there will be a slightly unique release available through certain events. Could be the addition of a new base (like with Cap) or maybe just a different slip cover on the box as has also been done.
