I think this is the best looking version so far, besides, I'm sure the CW version will be available for a while even after it's released.

I was going to preorder this at the booth in MK yesterday. After seeing both versions there on display though, Ive decided to just get the CW version instead.

Ok, lol. Can you please let us know why? Like was it purely based on the aesthetics of the figures/screen time, why?

Sure thing. First of all I havent seen the new film yet. Plus screen time for me with these figures/characters doesnt make a difference for me.

From the get go, before I went to the booth to look at the prototypes, I always wanted the NA version even knowing what the CW version looked like through the internet.

When HT posted the official pics for NA, I was still certain I would get this, however when more clearer pics of CW came out, my mind was all over the place. lol

Then I slowly geared towards the CW version as that new outfit started to grow on me, just like the new Antman figure (Just so you know, I already have the 1st Antman) So I decided to go to the booth yesterday as it was the first day to preorder the NA version. My friend and I queued up after work which was roughly around 7pm at the time. There werent many ppl there at all preordering this, chances are it will take a few more days to fill up orders. Apparently it took about 3 days for the Battle damage Cap to fill up that 500 quota and that in HK and HT standards is very slow sales!

Anyhows, my friend ended up getting the NA figure, he just loves female figures. haha

However for me seeing both the figures up close though, I found the NA tailoring werent as good as the ones shown in the official pics. It just didnt felt sleek or tight fitting. I know the CW corset isnt tight enough, but the overall look just felt more appealing, front and back.

Plus somehow, the skin tones are ever so slightly different between the two. Perhaps it could be the lighting, but seeing so many figures day in day out, you kind of know its not the case with this one. For me, I just felt the CW ver looked better overall so I shall wait for that preorder to start. Plus if it comes with a small Antman, then thats a bonus too. Haha, my friend end up preordering the CW Black Widow too and will give me that antman:)

Everyone and their mother wants that mini antman :lol

haha I almost preordered Black Widow just for the antman, but after I calmed down and thought about it my friend was nice enough to offer the little figure to me. Dont get me wrong, BW sculpt does look good, but I dont like the new outfit at all. Too plain for me, plus I dont collect any of her figures.

Luckily the antman that came with Hawkeye isnt very interesting at all, so im glad to not have that one. lol

Black Widow is one of my favourites, it's also a bonus that she's played by ScarJo :woo
- I like the suit, but I don't like the nightsticks, so they will never leave the box hah.

Hawkeye + Antman arrow in the movie I think was a really nice touch, because it's a cool little nod to this:

Thanks for your insight! This is exactly the reason I asked for more pictures from the events in HK and SG. The announcement pictures can promise the moon but the prototypes displayed at events offers the first clues of what they look like in real life. I have heard comments that the jacket is too thick, particularly in the front. The cleavage is not as visible as the CW version, etc. I thought if we can get more pictures, we can get a better idea...
