Agreed. At first, I was totally turned off by this figure because of the twist in the movie, but these pictures are amazing. I think I need to hold off though, too many other figures on the horizon.

Yeah i hated the movie mainly because of the twist but this fig is top notch. I didnt want a reminder of im3 which is why i didnt order but this figure but its is amazing. It looks as awesome and life like as jack sparrow. Hot toys really knocked it outta the park here.

Sculpt looks amazing! Hot Toys need to do more older actors with some cragginess to them, they always seem to come out well.
Also, as great as the tailoring is, I loved the twist in the film so hoping someone puts out a Trevor outfit / accessories set at a reasonable price!

He did say that the Diecast figures were taking longer than expected. It is HT so some delays are to be expected.
But this many figures coming out months ahead of schedule means something has changed. I just hope this trend continues.

Funny, I loved the movie and loved the twist....but little interest in this figure just because he's not actually a villain. I may pick him up down the road if I can get him for less than retail though.

Oh, and someone needs to make a set of those two gargoyle looking statues beside his chair, with the blue army helmet and dogtags. That would look amazing.

I've already finished my search for the foo dogs. Found a couple cast resin bookends that will serve nicely. Going to pick up a loose Cap rescue helmet and make some 1/6 incense sticks. Should be a nice little dio when I'm done.

Mandarin is on his way from Hong Kong. Should have him in hand first thing next week. Going to try to recreate the promo shot of him, complete with Chi-Lin (foo dog), blue helmet, incense and dog tags.
Toy Anxiety still has a few Major Bludd bloody and clean dog tags for $2 a piece if anyone is interested.
