Or it could be that a certain actor/character is harder to capture. These are made by hand and so there will be some that are stronger then others.

Have to be honest I didn't like the way this character was used in Iron Man 3 but the figure turned out pretty cool. I don't think I'd ever consider buying him though. I wonder if Hot Toys will do a Killian.

the only complain i have is the scale is off, his head is kinda small, 1:7 i suppose...

Best villain ever in a comic book movie cause of all the ruckus it started! Everybody loved Ledger's Joker...no beef there, but Mandarin?!?! Mass Hysteria!!! Loved it!
