Hot Toys Movie Masterpiece 1/6 Mandarin Figure

I've already finished my search for the foo dogs. Found a couple cast resin bookends that will serve nicely. Going to pick up a loose Cap rescue helmet and make some 1/6 incense sticks. Should be a nice little dio when I'm done.

Though....They are more Dragon, Qilin (Japanese: Kirin) than "foo dogs"...

This figure would have been great if it also came with a 2nd throne --- a toilet bowl with electronic flushing sound fx.

Anyway, I could recast that amazing head, shave off the beard so I could make a custom 1/6 Gandhi figure.

Wow people must really hate what they did with the Mandarin. The figure looks to be one of HTs best ever and this place is a ghost town.

I'm so excited, I've really been debating placing an order from eBay even though I have one preordered through AE.

that said im buying the figure, because it does represent what I would see as a modern day Mandarin for my IM to figs to fight

This figure looks AWESOME! Most impressive....what a kick it is that he yanks that figure out of the box, literally plops it in the chair with NO futzing and it just looks great! Can't wait to futz it into perfection.

The only accessory I wish it included that is "missing" is a gun (pistol)....but I'll borrow one from another figure for display...

Any of the resident weapons experts around here know what kind of pistol Trevor was pointing at the "business man" in the "teaching moment" scene from the movie?

Soon as i saw the pics first thing i thought was best since jack sparrow. Thats a matter of opinion i guess. Jack to me is a way better character. I hated the im3 twist. But if you liked it then yea the characters just as good or better. Either way both figs are great. Him in the chair looks just as awesome to me as jack on his wheel. Hes a win. I wish bruce banner looked half as good
