My all time favorite (android) character: Armitage III. HT did Deunan from Appleseed, so Armitage is not such a strange choice. While I'm at it: Hitomi Kanzaki and Celena Schezar (Dilandau Albatou) from the anime Escaflowne.
Aeon Flux.
Sean Young as Rachael from Blade Runner and as the Fremen Chani from Dune.

Off topic, but now that I think of it: I want a 12" Robert Mitchum in his role as Harry Powell from "Night of the Hunter" for a long time. Might be something for HT's Icon line.

I don't think Hot Angel will have any figures of known actresses in iconic roles, they'll be entirely original likenesses for licensed characters.
So if HT is making a Catwoman figure, it will not be based on any actress or from any movie, but will instead be an interpretation of the Comic character.
Just the same as Machiko Noguchi‎ is based on the Dark Horse comic character and not on Alexa Woods from AVP.
