I have that problem.. if i start collecting from a range i get the urge to buy a complete range .. not any more though, i cant bloody afford it. im out of the alien/predator range for now.. who am i kidding ill pounce when HT puts up a giger alien /alien queen/ bull alien.. but i am dont with predators.. unless.. the p1 pred is irressitable.

Thats exactly it! I have to have all of the collection, I made the mistake of getting chopper! Not that its a mistake, I think he's really cool. Its just I now have the urge for celtic and scar ... Which is a lot of £$€ and hard to get!

i have a few predators, and now i think i will get aliens as they go a little cheaper and im haveing second foughts on em, i always fought that they were no match for preds but they do kick ass sometimes

Yeah I thought exactly the same! That the predators had more detail, netting, weapons etc etc. But I to am now having second thoughts and am considering getting one or three! if only I had infinate money!!

There awesome , watch the alien movies and tell me these things don't kick complete ass !. I like em more than the preds and most fans just the same , hot toys really do em justice imo.
I hated avp 2 as the aliens were just like background characters whilst predator and predalien beat the ^^^^ out of each other , it should of been called predalien vs predator , what a load of ^^^^ !.

I think we can all agree on that. The aliens was just patethic. At LEAST when the guy took the plasma pistol from the pred. It was like the aliens were waiting to get shot.

I way prefer preds over aliens, but I also feel these idiots didn't do the aliens justice. An Alien's blood is supposed to be super toxic acid, and I didn't see much burn through acid action. WTF!!!! Really loved Wolf though!!

yeah and I will tell you why wolf was awesome.
Now , the script had a major leading character who was the wolf predator , the people in control of how he looked were obviously ADI , now they do an awesome job with all characters they create ( imo ). So they create one hell of a predator who looks completely bad ass !.
They take a look through the script and think ok we need to work on the predalien and wolf for all these scenes where they fight. Oh yeah and we also need to get some rubber alien heads for the odd pop up scene.
The only time I recall aliens actually having screen time were the two fighting wolf , one in the kitchen killing the chef and woman and one killing a marine.
The rest of the shots were really quick or they were in the background not focused on screen or the main target for the audience to see.

Now when people say the predalien should be considered an alien therefore they did have enough screen time I think is ridiculous.
The predalien may be from a facehugger but obviously it still doesn't take over to us alien fans as an actual ALIEN . After 20+ years of watching the alien creature change slightly from movie to move felt fine and fresh then to change the design ( in the worst movie of the entire series may I add ) , making it a 7 foot , hybrid predator ( from a completely different movie in the first place ) with mandibles and a completely new color of skin was stupid.
How is this an alien ?. Answer , its not , its a predalien.

Was it not for avp , I definitely would not of been the massive predator fan I am today ( yes , still a fan , but not an addict ).
I have always been a massive alien fan. My main point of this speech is this.


If alien vs predator : requiem was the first avp in the series I would of been extremely pissed off. The alien creature was barely seen and it was a movie about a predator clashing with a hybrid predator/ sort of alien but not alien creature. it was half an hour of hollyoaks ( which I nearly shot myself through ) then another hour of fighting ( which was quite entertaining until the ^^^^ actors came on screen again ).

You know who we need back ...

mr. grid alien because he was an awesome character who definetely gave off the impression " DON'T ^^^^ WITH ALIENS " .
We need him or another alien similar to him anyway. The next series needs one bad mofo alien or aliens . If not I'm gonna find the director myself and torture him by making him watch the first half hour of avp:r over and over again. Tie him to a chair with matches over his eye lids.
Saw style !.
