HT has never advertised any SS products in their promotional pics before. That's 100% ROTJ version for both the scout and bike from Hot Toys.

I thought those early pics were taken by selected reviewers.

I thought those early pics were taken by selected reviewers. Hot Toys have teased figures when revealing figures in the past. Did they ever do that with new releases?

That blaster holding hand is not SSC. It looks shinier than SSC also? Could it be the HT Mandalorian scout or a teased ROTJ scout? Dunno.
That said the wrong hand is used anyways since it?s not holding the blaster properly.

Blogger pics are up on Facebook. Wicket looks good. Not sure if they've changed Leia's sculpt from the Bespin release.

It's the exact same head as the Leia Hoth and Leia Bespin. I really wish they'd done a new sculpt. This sculpt looks best with the braids over the top like in the Hoth and Endor versions vs the Bespin. For certain 3/4 angles it looks really quite good but I find head-on it looks too narrow and the dead stare seems to emerge more.

This is probably the first time they're using this approach. Blogger pics or not, eventually they're must be authorized by Hot Toys. Therefore the use of SS products in these picture is completely irrational. Most importantly, Hot Toys have already got the Mando's scout and bike, just a minor tweaks to turn them into ROTJ version.

That's the Sideshow Scout - at least those are Sideshow's boots since Hot Toys' are made completely differently.

Looks like SSC V.1 Scout with pistol, and the rifle from the HT Jumptrooper.

The Speeder is also Sideshow's as it has the skinny rear hinge from the handlebars - which is detached in the photo along with the brake cable.

The HT rear hinge is much sturdier looking:

The blogger photo speeder also matches Sideshow's weathering.

They're rubber for a start. The HT are fabric.

Kinda annoying, for a sec I thought they added that rifle. Not that it's necessary but would have been nice.

When this set was announced it seemed like a minor miracle that the Endor two pack so many people wanted was going to happen. Major kudos to HT for that.

I think Wicket looks pretty good(his "clothes" look a bit stiff perhaps). Leia's arms from the elbow down are the worst part of the set. The joints on her are pretty ugly and I feel like her arms really should have been painted as has been done with other figures in the past. Even with my gripes I'm really excited for this set!

Yes I agree. Bloggers use their own figures.

The initial release pics from Hot Toys are the ones where they sometimes add in "figures to come".

Just ordered the set direct from HK. Looks great! Only thing I’m not thrilled about are Leia’s elbow joints but that’s fixable.

Yep, no idea why they tried to change the head etc for the other versions. ANH was fine.
